Featuring an elegant waterproof and UV-resistant fabric top covering 3m in diameter, the Outdoor Umbrella utilises a cantilevered aluminium side post to allow maximum useable space under the shade. No centre pole to get in the way of your enjoyment.
Better still, the Umbrella top and base can be adjusted and pivoted towards the sun for the right amount and angle of shade. Opening and closing is also made quick and easy with a user-friendly cranking system. Not least, the entire steel frame, such as the 8-rib top supports, and supporting pole are powder-coated for toughness while the steel base can be readily bolted in place or weigh down.
Note: The base of the Outdoor Umbrella requires at least two concrete pavers or sandstone paving piles to keep it in place. The latter are not included with this product. Although our Outdoor Umbrella is designed to withstand mild weather conditions, it is only a temporary structure and is not recommended for use under extreme weather conditions or for a prolonged period of time. Please store away after use.

Acceptable Reasons for Return
Acceptable reasons for the return of our products are where the product is found to be:
- Missing Parts
- Containing major imperfections in colour consistency
Failure to review and ask necessary information prior to purchase (for example, about dimensions, colour, weight, or loading capacity) is not an acceptable reason.
In the event that the product is delivered containing one or more of the acceptable reasons listed above, you are required to notify us within 10 working days of having received the product.
Where you request for money back, you need to contact us immediately, detailing the reason(s) for returning the product(s). We will require photo(s) and a clear description of the issue with the product which needs to be consistent with the list of acceptable reasons provided above.
We will work with you to organize a pickup of the product at a scheduled time. We will cover the shipping cost to return the product back to us. Once the product is received, inspected and approved, we will provide a refund within 24 hours.
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not accept returns delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
Change of mind
In the event you do change your mind and the product is in as new condition, you can return the product under the following conditions:
- The product has not been used or assembled.
- You will pay for the return postage. The refund will only be the amount originally paid.
- The product upon return is inspected and is found to be as new or in the original condition it was sent. This includes packaging.
No Proof of acceptable reason
We will not accept returns where you do not or will not provide sufficient proof of the acceptable reasons for the return of our products as listed above. Sufficient proof needs to be in the form of clear photo(s) and description of the issue(s) found.
General Return Advice
We strongly recommend where an issue is found with the product, that you seek our assistance before making any decision to disassemble and/or pack the product.
Spare Parts and Replacement
Where you wish to keep the product and prefer to receive replacement part(s) resulting from damage or manufacturing fault, please ask us for spare parts before considering returning the entire product.
If the damage or fault affects no more than 30% of the assembly parts, we will only replace the damaged or faulty parts, otherwise we will replace the entire product at our cost.
B-Organized offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise.
To make a claim, you must describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, or refund.
In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide photograph(s) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once the claim has been assessed and approved by us, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. You must not attempt to return the item without our approval.
This warranty policy will not be covered if the product has been misused, mishandled, mistakenly assembled or if the product has deteriorated in quality due to general wear and tear. You are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturer(s).
